Jeff Quinn co-founded Scott & Quinn Real Estate with Jim Scott in 1985. The company provides brokerage services for both homeowners and owners of apartment complexes. The firm also has a property management division. It is the oldest continually operating real estate company in the Mission Hills community of San Diego.
